What is the Minimum Order Amount filter?

This filter allows you to only map orders over a certain dollar amount. For instance, if you only wanted to see orders over 20 dollars, you would enter 20 in the box. By default, it is set to 0 so that all orders are mapped. This filter can be useful when you really want to pinpoint your highest value orders.

How do I view more details about a location?

Each marker on the map can be clicked or tapped on to view insights and details for the location. From there, you can also view the specific list of orders for that location.

What do the numbered markers mean?

The map markers numbered 1 through 50 indicate your store's top 50 locations measured by total sales in the date range selected. So marker number 1 would be your top location, followed by 2, etc. based on sales dollars.

When are orders indexed for mapping?

When Map My Orders is installed, the last year of orders is indexed and ready for mapping right away. New Shopify orders from your store are indexed nightly and will show in your results the day after they are placed.
